Which cryptocurrencies do you exchange?
USDT (all major networks), USDC, BTC, ETH, TON, SOL, BNB, TRX, XRP, LTC, DAI, and others. If a specific token isn't in the calculator, message a manager.
What are the minimum and maximum exchange amounts?
Minimum: $500 equivalent. Maximum: $5,000,000 per transaction. Larger operations are handled on individual terms.
How long does an exchange take?
Online exchange (crypto→crypto, crypto→card): from 30 minutes. Cash at the office: typically 1–2 hours from order confirmation. Off-hours office requests are handled at the start of the next business day.
Do I need to register?
No. Just provide a Telegram handle for the manager to contact you.
Is verification (KYC) required?
Aurex does not require KYC for clients. We operate privately and do not request documents for standard transactions. In exceptional cases involving suspicious activity, a manager may request additional information for the safety of both parties.
Is it safe to exchange with you?
Aurex has been operating since 2018. We have 37 offices in 25 countries. Every transaction is overseen by a human manager. Office addresses are listed on the «Offices» page.
What if I send crypto and receive the wrong amount?
Contact the manager in Telegram immediately. If the error is on our side, we cover the difference. If it's due to rate movement during the transaction, the manager addresses it with you before you send the crypto.
Can an order be cancelled?
Before the crypto is sent — yes, by either side. Once we have received the crypto, cancellation is only possible by agreement with the manager.
Which cities have couriers?
Couriers are available in every city where we have an office. For other cities, check with the manager — usually we can arrange it.
Do you accept ATM transfers / SWIFT?
Yes — SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, Revolut, and local banks in Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Ukraine, and the UAE. The full list is in the calculator.
